The Literary Club strives to create an environment that encourages the creative process and aids the student in finding her own individual voice in our community. Students from all classifications participate in the club. They are responsible for creating and submitting their own work and for the publication of the annual literary magazine, Literary Meanderings.
The publication of Literary Meanderings is the club's final project. This collection of readings is produced each year for the IWA community. All club members, students, faculty, and staff members are invited to submit an entry. Participants share their work with the IWA community at the literary reading which is usually held in the school library in early May. This reading gives the students the opportunity to experience audience reaction to their work and receive feedback from the community.
