Financial Aid
To be considered for financial aid:
1) Complete the Private School Aid Service Application.
2) Incoming freshman must select Incarnate Word Academy as their first choice on the entrance test.
Forms will be available to download by November 1, 2009. The application deadline for financial aid for the 2009 - 2010 school year is February 15, 2009. Financial aid is awarded for one year only. Applicants will be notified by letter in mid-March of 2009. For those students who are awarded financial aid, each student is required to give 20 service hours per semester back to the school.
The completed PSAS form, and a $20.00 check made payable to Private School Aid Service, must be mailed to:

Scholarships
Merit and need-based scholarships are also available for the 2009 - 2010 school year. Please refer to the specific criteria and directions listed on the individual applications. Applications are due by February 15, 2009.

Private School Aid Service (PSAS)
Please note that all financial aid applications are made through the Private School Aid Service. Those scholarships marked with asterisks also require the PSAS application.
PSAS is an independent third party that handles all aspects of the financial aid application and verification process. All scholarship monies are awarded by IWA based on a report from PSAS. Note: PSAS does not award any scholarships or tuition assistance.
*The Private School Aid Service (PSAS) application is required with certain scholarship/tuition assistance applications. Our school authorization code is 1030. Application forms will be available by November 1, 2009.
