CAMPAIGN HISTORY
In 2003 the Incarnate Word Academy Board of Advisors began the process of developing a strategic plan for the school. The two year process produced a number of goals targeted for a variety of areas.
As a result of the strategic planning process, Incarnate Word Academy has embarked on our Roots & Wings Capital Campaign to support our campus expansion and building renovations.
For the past two years, Incarnate Word Academy has been partnering with our community in a major building project. Over $8.050,000.00 has been raised for our Roots & Wings Capital Campaign that included the construction of a Fine Arts Center and renovation of our existing facility. Work on our campus is complete resulting in a beautiful transformation of our facilities that includes:

the addition of a fine arts auditorium, weight room, science labs, set and costume storage, dressing rooms, meeting rooms and office space

the installation of new systems including security, fire safety, heating and cooling
-
upgrades in technology including new wiring and equipment and a new phone system
-
a completely renovated main campus building including a newly designed front entrance, clinic and office space
The end result is a state of the art facility that has received rave reviews from our current students, families, alumnae, donors, corporate partners and downtown neighbors.
