The IWA Treble Chorale
The Incarnate Word Academy Treble Chorale is an extra-curricular organization established for those students who enjoy singing. Initial acceptance is secured by audition with the Music Director, and continued participation is insured by the student's faithful commitment to scheduled rehearsals and performances, and her dedicated efforts during those times. The Treble Chorale rehearses after school twice a week, sometimes more often when preparing for a performance.
Depending upon the number of singers, performances may include school functions both inside and outside the regular academic schedule, such as school Masses and prayer services, Christmas performances in various locations in downtown Houston, and Graduation Exercises.
