IWA hosted the 7th annual Look 'n Lead Middle School Leadership Conference. Thirty-eight IWA students on YLP's Look 'n Lead team had been working diligently for 6 months to make the event, themed "One Small Step" a hit for our middle school attendees. Our students hosted 7th and 8th graders from over 30 different middle schools and put on a day of programming designed to help the students identify their strengths, social justice passions, and leadership style. The middle school students left the conference empowered to use this new knowledge to take the next "one small step" in their day-to-day leadership journey.
