The annual  Look 'n Lead, titled "Be Your Own Hero,"  brought more than 50 middle school girls to campus for a workshop on leadership, collaboration, and service. Participants, led by students in IWA's Young Leaders Program, discovered their superpowers through challenges and teamwork.

Young Leaders Program instructor Maxine Morency says, "The IWA students shone brightly, leading and inspiring participants throughout the day. It was a magnificent event filled with community, service and leadership."

As the student leaders advised the middle schoolers: "Be bold, be curious, and most importantly--be your own hero!"
