Teacher Recommendations
Two teacher recommendations (Math and English HAIS forms) are required for admission consideration. Print the forms below and give them to your daughter’s current Math and English teachers for completion.

Transcripts
Transcripts from the previous two grades and first semester of the current grade are required. Please print the records release form and submit to any relevant schools for completion. E-mail transcripts to admissions@incarnateword.org.

Entrance Exam
All applicants must take an entrance exam to be considered for admission. The Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE), the High School Placement Test (HSPT) and PSAT scores are accepted at IWA. Applicants are required to submit ISEE, HSPT, or PSAT exam scores with an application. On January 7, 2023, at 8:30 a.m., both the ISEE and HSPT exams will be offered at IWA. Register to take the ISEE at IWA by using event code AJGHDEXB. Report ISEE test scores to IWA by using school reporting code 570451.

Interview
All transfer students are required to interview. Once the application and all supporting documents are received by the Admissions Office you will be contacted to set up an interview time.
