Incarnate Word Academy partners with Blackbaud Tuition Management, an online tuition payment service. Parents can see their tuition account and make payments 24/7 through the website.
Payment Plan Options
One Payment
Annual payment due July 1
Two Payments
Semi-annual payment due July 1 and Dec. 1
10 Payments
10 monthly payments starting July 1 and ending April 1
Please note: a 2% fee is applied for the 10-month plan
Payment Type Options
Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check
Families may pay by check, money order or cashier’s check.
Pay by Credit Card
Families may make payments with their Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express cards via Blackbaud Tuition Management.
Pay by Bank Transfer
Families may set up automatic bank transfers via Blackbaud Tuition Management,
Cash Payments
Families wishing to pay with cash may do so by scheduling a meeting with IWA Finance Department.
