Affording an IWA Education

Tuition for the 2023-2024 school year is $18,100.

Please note: The non-refundable registration fee of $275 is due by March 10, 2023. The non-refundable deposit of $500 is due by the registration deadline and is applied to tuition. No payment plan options are available for the registration fee or tuition deposit. 

An additional $250 senior fee covers the related costs of graduation and the senior retreat.

Books are purchased directly from the vendor by parents

AP, PSAT, SAT, ACT testing along with extra-curricular fees will be billed to Blackbaud Tuition based on student participation in these areas

Blackbaud Tuition Management

Incarnate Word Academy partners with Blackbaud Tuition Management, an online tuition payment service. Parents can see their tuition account and make payments 24/7 through the website.

Cash Payments
Families wishing to pay with cash may do so by scheduling a meeting with IWA Finance Department.

IWA utilizes the Blackbaud Financial Aid Management for our financial aid applications. If you are a current student or applicant, please use your Blackbaud email address and password to access the financial aid application. Financial aid applications must be completed annually and are due on February 1st. Financial aid applications submitted after this deadline will be on a waitlist. Students awarded financial aid are required to complete service hours through the IWA Service Study Program, which contributes to their leadership development on campus.

The C.V.I. Scholarships given to 9th grade applicants scoring in certain percentages as determined by their performance on their entrance exams. 

To be eligible for this award, applicants must submit entrance test results  (either HSPT or ISEE) by Feb. 1 and complete the IWA application procedures by Jan. 15.

Once students complete the IWA application, they are automatically considered for the C.V.I. Scholarship.

The award is renewable for each successive year at IWA as long as the student maintains a 4.0 cumulative GPA or is in the top 10% of her class. 

Award amounts are:

Jeanne de Matel Scholarships are offered to two students from the 13 designated schools in the Cardinal’s Circle. 

The award is an $8,000 scholarship, renewable for each successive year at IWA as long as the student meets the following criteria:

• Financial need is verified by an independent third party
• A satisfactory academic record is maintained

Final selections are based on the applicant’s entrance exam scores, overall middle school academic record, admission application, and the middle school principal’s recommendation.

To verify financial need, families must submit a FAST application.

Bishop McCarthy Scholarships are one-time awards of $1,500 for a student's freshman year.

To be eligible for this award, applicants must be parishioners at one of the following parishes:

• All Saints Parish
• St. Pius V Parish Pasadena
• St. Theresa Parish Memorial Park
• St. Cecilia Parish

Bishop Rizzotto Scholarships are one-time awards of $1,500 for a student's freshman year. 

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be parishioners at one of the following parishes:

• All Saints Parish
• St. Francis de Sales Parish
• St. Cecilia Parish
