IWA welcomes students who are driven by a commitment to academic excellence, Christian values and a passion for developing their leadership qualities and skills.

We recognize that every student’s financial circumstances are unique and we are dedicated to working with families to make an IWA education accessible. Our wide range of merit and talent-based scholarships are designed to recognize and reward outstanding students. Scholarships are awarded based on established criteria set by the Scholarship/Committee, including the strength of the candidate’s application, entrance exam scores, school recommendations and middle school achievements.

Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $350.

Senior Fee: A $300 senior fee covers the related costs of graduation and the senior retreat.

Freshman Fee: A fee of $350 covers orientation camp.

Books are purchased directly from the vendor by parents.

AP, PSAT, SAT and ACT testing, along with extra-curricular fees will be billed to Blackbaud Tuition based on student participation in these areas.

Blackbaud Tuition Management

Incarnate Word Academy partners with Blackbaud Tuition Management, an online tuition payment service. Parents can see their tuition account and make payments 24/7 through the website.

- Semi-annual payment due July 1 and Dec. 1
10 Payments
- 10 monthly payments starting July 1 and ending April 1
- *Please note: a 2 percent fee is applied for the 10-month plan

Pay by Credit Card
- Families may make payments with their Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express cards via Blackbaud Tuition Management.
Pay by Bank Transfer
- Families may set up automatic bank transfers via Blackbaud Tuition Management.
Cash Payments
- Families wishing to pay with cash may do so by scheduling a meeting with the IWA Finance Department.

Financial Aid

IWA utilizes the Blackbaud Financial Aid Management for our financial aid applications. If you are a current student or applicant, please use your Blackbaud email address and password to access the financial aid application. For questions or concerns regarding your financial aid application, please contact Bryan Gonzalez at bgonzalez@incarnateword.org.

Financial aid applications must be completed annually and are due on December 15 to ensure "verified" status by January 30. All applications received after December 15 will be considered on a funds-available basis. Students awarded financial aid are required to complete service hours through the IWA Service Study Program, which contributes to their leadership development on campus.

Jeanne De Matel Scholarships

Jeanne de Matel Scholarships are offered to two students from the 13 designated schools in the Cardinal’s Circle.

The award is an $8,000 scholarship, renewable for each successive year at IWA as long as the student meets the following criteria:

Financial need is verified by an independent third party.
A satisfactory academic record is maintained.

Final selections are based on the applicant’s entrance exam scores, overall middle school academic record, admission application and the middle school principal’s recommendation.
