How to Visit
IWA offers a variety of events that are tailored to prospective students, parents or both! All of our events can be found via our Blackbaud portal. Follow the instructions below to start signing up.
Create an Account
Instructions for Prospective Families
- Click on the "visit myIWA" button below.
- Select the blue "Create Account" link to create a myIWA username and password.
- After entering your basic information, select the "Create Account" button.
Already in Our System?
- If the system recognizes your email address, your email will be highlighted in red after you press "Submit."
- If this occurs, select the "Forgot Login?" button. From there, you'll find a link to have a password reset email sent to you.
- Once you are able to log into myIWA, you will have the ability to complete the online application, monitor your daughter's progress through the admissions process, sign up for events, and learn more about Incarnate Word Academy.

Join us for an ambassador-led, parent-focused hour long tour of the school, where you will be introduced to our esteemed academics, fine arts and athletics. Following the tour, there will be an introduction to our administration with the opportunity to mingle with them afterwards.

Family Tours
Experience firsthand what makes Incarnate Word Academy a special place for young women. Our family tours provide an exclusive opportunity to explore our beautiful campus and see our academics in action and hear about our extracurricular programs. During your visit, you will be guided by a student ambassador who will highlight key aspects of student life.
We encourage families to schedule their visit at a time that works best for them. We look forward to showing you all that IWA has to offer!
Shadow Day
Our Shadow Day program gives eighth grade students interested in attending Incarnate Word Academy the chance to experience daily school life through a student’s perspective. During this half-day visit, students attend morning classes, eat lunch and have the opportunity to meet with the Admissions staff and teachers. To schedule your daughter to shadow, please click the "MyIWA" button located at the top of the page to log in to Blackbaud and sign up for a visit.
*Please note that you must submit an initial application to participate in Shadow Day.
