The Booster Club

The IWA Athletic Booster Club supports, encourages and advances the athletic program and related activities of Incarnate Word Academy.

Did you know that all IWA athletes and all IWA sports benefit from the support of the IWA Booster Club? The Booster Club covers the costs of new team uniforms, gifts to coaches, out-of-town tournaments, equipment and more each season.

Volunteering & Booster Club Fundraisers

Volunteer work is required of each family of an athlete. Each family must work one fundraising event for each sport in which an athlete is participating in. The family commitment can be fulfilled by working at the fundraising events listed below or by paying the opt-out fee of $225 per sport.

Volunteer at the Houston Texans Store

During the NFL football season, the IWA Booster Club works the Houston Texans Store at home games by assisting customers with merchandise and keeping the store’s appearance neat and organized. Each shift begins by checking in three hours before game time and staying approximately one and a half hours after the game ends. Your daughter or son who helps you out at NRG must be 16 years of age or older. These shifts are approximately 8-10 hours.

How do I sign up to volunteer?

Click on this link below to view our online signup sheet and select the date of your choice. All the details you need (parking info, dress code, etc.) are included with the online signup sheet.
Download, complete, and print this badge in color. This badge gets you access into the parking lot and everyone volunteering MUST have it in color. There are no exceptions.
