Help the Advancement Office count money and raffle tickets collected. Volunteers are needed for raffle collection and reconciliation work days each Friday during the 5-week campaign. 

Parents are also needed to serve as Church Ambassadors at parishes that have allowed our students to set up and sell raffle tickets after select masses.

Volunteers are needed for the Open House on November 8 from 1 to 5 p.m. to provide hospitality, greet guests and mingle with prospective families.

On Friday, November 20, our annual Thanksgiving Luncheon will be hosted by the Falcon Family Club. Please help us in continuing to make this tradition a wonderful day for all our Falcons. There are opportunities to help with pies being dropped off before the date, as well as prepping food, table set-up, decorations, serving and clean-up.

This is a great opportunity for Moms to volunteer while the Dads are at Mass. On Thursday, January 14, volunteers are needed for set-up from 4–5 p.m. Then on Friday, January 15 volunteers are needed to help set out the refreshments and replenish as needed, from 7:15–10 a.m.

IWA's annual i-Lunch returns in February.  Volunteers are needed on the day before to decorate. Then volunteers are needed to continue decorating and set up, serve and clean from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Come celebrate the Sisters' arrival in Houston and the foundation of our education.  We will need help with cooking and serving the entire school community on this fun-filled day. Volunteer to bring cookies/desserts on Thursday, April 29.  Then on Friday, April 30, volunteers are needed to grill, help in the kitchen, and serve.
