Leadership in Practice
We know that the Young Leaders Program is simply the beginning. We encourage a mindset of ongoing personal growth by offering students the opportunity to join a YLP team or take advantage of our leadership resources.
Leadership Resources
You don't have to join a YLP team to put your leadership lessons into practice. In fact, all IWA students are expected to apply classroom principles and skills in all school activities including athletics, fine arts, student government, and other clubs and organizations.
Step by step, I’m learning how to become a strong, excellent leader. I’ve learned to be confident and bold. This school has taught me kindness, humility, responsibility, perseverance, and a lot more.
