Service Learning Program
Students are also given the space to be passionate about local organizations; our girls dedicate more than 8,000 hours to community service over four years through our Christian Learning Service Program.
The aim of the Christian Service Learning Program is to promote service as women for others, conscious of the needs of the local community, especially the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in our society. Our girls develop a deeper understanding of Catholic social teaching and develop skills of leadership and character.
Each student dedicates 75 hours of service in order to be eligible for graduation. Students reach beyond helping family and friends and instead focus their acts of service on addressing a particular social need within our community. By a student's senior year, she will have completed a service learning portfolio showcasing her service and application of Catholic Social Teaching.
