Student Wellness
IWA is committed to caring for the whole person.
This is accomplished through wellness education, short-term counseling with our licensed counselor, or referral to outside counseling services.

Wellness Week
Students may choose to participate in Wellness Week activities prior to midterms and exams.
Previous Wellness Week activities have included: yoga, coloring mandalas, decorating Christmas cards for St. Dominic's with Campus Ministry, making stress balls, making weighted neck wraps and serving hot tea.

Planner Support Sessions
Mrs. Bowman is here to help!
- Every Monday and Tuesday morning: 7:30–8 A.M.
- After school on Mondays: until 4 P.M.
These sessions are crafted to assist students in getting organized and making the most of their valuable time.
