IWA Decade Challenge

IWA gave us the opportunity to dream. To achieve. To lead. To serve. Now it is our turn to provide that same opportunity to other young women by contributing to the IWA Annual Fund.

By supporting the IWA Mission through the Annual Fund, we actively embrace the future Women of the Word.

Praised be the Incarnate Word!

About the Decade Challenge

The Decade Challenge is a friendly competition between former IWA graduating classes for the highest participation and amount donated any given year toward the Annual Fund. The Decade Challenge kicks off during Giving Tuesday annually.

Bragging rights go to the Class with the highest participation and amount raised in overall annual giving with recognition noted in The Word magazine and Alumnae Amor newsletter.

The IWA Annual Fund:

  • Provides a rigorous Catholic college preparatory education complemented by sports, fine arts and extracurricular programs;
  • Attracts and retains the highest quality educators, while providing state-of-the-art technology;
  • Provides a one-of-a kind Young Leaders Program.

GIVE TODAY

IWA Alumnae exists to:

(1) sustain and enhance an engaged, vibrant community of IWA graduates and friends;

(2) help alumnae connect with the school through a variety of activities and communications; and

(3) provide IWA with goodwill and support. Official IWA Alumnae correspondence is overseen by the Academy and is housed at the school at 609 Crawford Street in Houston, Texas. All authorized correspondence for IWA Alumnae will come from the school and will be promoted through our regular e-newsletter Alumnae Amor, our official Facebook page or The Word Magazine.
